DNS Change: Friday, August 28

This Friday, August 28, 11:59PM PDT, we will be updating our DNS service. Doing so will give us a solution that scales easily and meets the needs of our growing business, while providing faster (DNS) query response times for our customers.
The IP addresses of our servers will not change and, most likely, the update will go unnoticed. During the change, however, it’s possible that your workspace will be unavailable for some amount of time depending upon how your DNS servers are configured to update their information.
If, for any reason, your workspace is unavailable Saturday, August 29, by 7am, please contact Helpstream Support.

- Placement of references and attachments inline with text in articles
- Spell checking in editor, with selectable dictionary
- Calendar pop up in Announcements: layering and time stamp
- Changing icon for topics in Edit mode
- Agent UI positioning for certain pages in Agent view
- Summary field editor for Articles
- Export to RDF/PDF font sizing
- Minor API behaviours
