One Helpstream POD experiencing connectivity issues

One of Helpstream’s PODs is experiencing connectivity issues affecting some customers, and a brief maintenance period lasting no more than 2 minutes may be required.

Schedule maintenance will take place at midnight Nov. 15th. Expected duration is about 3 to 5 minutes.

We will be performing maintenance on the Helpstream service tonight beginning at midnight. The list of changes include the following:
- Performance optimizations
- Change: Ignore custom required fields on shadow cases
- Fix: Email templates showing article name as “null”
- Fix: ForumTopics being returned on queries on CategoryContent and CategoryContentForCount
- Fix: Quick Links to have links for Branded discussion types.
- Fix: Preview of profile to retrieve text values instead of internal values
