Minor fixes will be included in a maintenance update to Helpstream.  Expected maintenance duration is about 3 to 5 minutes.

One of Helpstream’s PODs required a brief unscheduled maintenance lasting about 3 minutes at after 8 am.  One customer was affected.

The Helpstream Ops blog is being moved to another site so that we can provide more functionality for our customers.  The URL is http://status.helpstream.com.

Tonight’s maintenance has been completed without issue.

We will be performing maintenance on the Helpstream service tonight beginning at midnight.  The list of changes include the following:

- Performance optimizations
- Change: Ignore custom required fields on shadow cases
- Fix: Email templates showing article name as “null”
- Fix: ForumTopics being returned on queries on CategoryContent and CategoryContentForCount
- Fix: Quick Links to have links for Branded discussion types.
- Fix: Preview of profile to retrieve text values instead of internal values

One of our service PODs is experiencing some performance issues related to communication errors.   We will be performing some quick maintenance on that server POD at roughly 8:25-8:30am today.

One of the Helpstream PODs experienced a brief interruption of service caused by a database deadlock. The issue was remedied quickly and all systems are fully operational. We will continue to look into the root cause of this issue.

At 6:03pm one of our Server PODs had an issue that required a restart of the Helpstream services.  The outage did not affect any of our Enterprise, Professional or Corporate customers.  We are investigating the issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
